Our people participate in productivity enhancement programs such as productivity displays/posters and quality competitions and quizzes. We aim to achieve total participation and instill a disciplined approach among our people while maintaining a clean, neat and organized workplace.

  • Any employee can raise Corrective Action Notices to flag problems for resolution
  • Promotes the pro-active identification of potential problem situations
  • Provides for a formal method of reporting, recording and analyzing root causes of non-conformities
  • Forces necessary corrective or preventive measures to be promptly taken.
